1. Course fee payments should be made at least two weeks before the scheduled course starting date.
Course attendance will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full course fee.
2. If a course is cancelled by Willshir Trading (PTY) for some unforeseen reason, the Client will be refunded
in full.
3. If the Client cancels after payment was made or fail to attend classes, no refunds will be offered.
4. Willshir Trading (PTY.) reserves the right to exercise its right of access to the facilities and may refuse a
person access to the premises on reasonable grounds.
5. Clients will not be authorized to represent Willshir Trading (PTY) in social media, printed media or in
person.
6. Clients will not be allowed to present any Willshir Trading (PTY) training to any other person/ company
or organization and acknowledge that only authorized training facilities that are officially licensed with
Willshir Trading (PTY.) may present Willshir Trading (PTY.) training.
7. Clients agree to abide by the general safety rules of Willshir Trading (PTY), and to this end, the client
agrees to the following:
8. All training & safety instructions issued by Willshir Trading (PTY) Instructors will be complied with.
9. No person will start training or use any equipment unless a Willshir Trading (PTY) Instructor is present,
and the instructor authorized that training may commence.
10. No person will instruct, direct, coach or advise other persons unless specifically requested to do so by a
Willshir Trading (PTY) Instructor.
11. Every client will exercise self-control and self-composure, and will not use excessive force against
training partners

Indemnity
1. Although all possible safety precautions will be taken by Willshir Trading (PTY) and all training will be
provided by Certified Instructors, the Client acknowledges and accept that due to the nature of the
training, there is an inherent risk of injury/ damage involved.
2. Willshir Trading (PTY), its owners, employees and associates will not accept any liability for any injury or
other medical condition or damages resulting from participation in this course.
3. The Client participates in the course at their own risk and should ensure that a medical practitioner is
consulted if the Client suffers from any medical condition before participation in this course. Clients
should refrain from wearing jewellery that may be damaged or cause injury when participating in the
course.
4. Willshir Trading (PTY) have exclusive rights to any, and all training photos, print or video of students in
training and any media relate to the Willshir Trading (PTY) Course(s). Pictures, print or any type of
recreation or reproduction of the program without expressed written consent by Willshir Trading (PTY)
is prohibited
5. The Client gives authorization that photos and videos taken of the client during this class may be used in
ads, video, or social and general media marketing efforts. The client has the right to refuse photos/videos
to be taken of the client, and that any such refusal should be stated to the instructor verbally or in writing.
